Chocolate
At the Kitchen On The Itchen we LOVE Chocolate! We specialise in making our own chocolate from very few raw ingredients. Our chocolate is refined sugar free and vegan and utilises the finest cacao which is fair trade and single origin. Our chocolate undergoes minimal processing and heating to maintain those wonderful antioxidents that real chocolate has. Its the ultimate feel good food, so we've worked hard to make it tasty and maintained all the goodness that cacao has so you can enjoy a treat and know in some ways, its actually doing you some good!


Bon Bon's
Bon Bons are moulded chocolates. Our home ground chocolate is carefully tempered and creates the shell of the bon bon which is filled with a variety of all natural fillings in a variety of flavours. The pattern is created with naturally coloured cacao butter.

Bar's
Our house chocolate is a 75% dark chocolate, although we create a number of different bars, mainly utilising different fillings or inclusions. We are currently experimenting with a vegan white chocolate!

Desert Bars
Utilising our chocolate we love creating raw desert bars. These are seriously special, utilising a range of raw ingredients to create something between a desert and a chocolate bar. Our favourite is the bounty slice.
